According to law, amendments are introduced to the item 67 the Economic Code of Ukraine regarding the prohibition of claims supplement when the Economic Court introduce the resolutions on imposing a ban on meeting of stock-holders (participants) and making decisions by it; concession to the registrars, depositaries the register of owners of inscribed capital issues or information about the stock-holders for the stockholders' meeting; participation of the stock-holder (participant) in stockholders'(participants´) meeting.
Corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №1109.
